These Countries have no Military force, How they survive ?
Most countries spend millions to stronger their armed forces and show how powerful they are. However, many countries don't feel the need to have a military force at all. Let's take a look at these countries. 1. VATICAN CITY The walled enclave is the smallest sovereign state in the world- both in terms of size and population. The Vatican located within Rome doesn't have a defence agreement with Italy. The Noble Guard and the Palatine Guard were established in 1970. However Swiss Guards are responsible for the protection of the Pope, while Gendarmerie Corps looks after the internal security. 2. LIECHTENSTEIN The small European state terminates its army in 1868 due to the high cost of maintaining it. However, the country has a National Police Force.
